This month, we welcome the team from Physica Health Physiotherapy in Bagshot. We will be exploring Falls Prevention and Exercise for Healthy Ageing. The session will focus on simple ways to improve balance, strength, mobility and confidence through safe and effective movement. We will also discuss practical tips for reducing the risk of falls and maintaining independence and wellbeing in later life.
There will be several interactive stations available, giving everyone the opportunity to take part in simple exercises and activities led by the physiotherapists. Please come dressed comfortably and wear suitable footwear, such as trainers, so you can fully participate and make the most of the sessions and facilities provided.
