In the World with the Eyes of Comboni

Today, more than ever, the Comboni Missionaries feel called to solidarity with the excluded ~ promoting fundamental human rights and putting the person, not profit, at the centre of the social project. The witness of our life, goes together with lobbying, networking, and a presence and action in the activities of justice, peace and integrity of creation, both in supporting and in taking on in our communities projects that tend towards an alternative economy (e.g. ethical consumerism and investment, boycotts, fair trade).

The Comboni Missionaries are committed and meet regularly to review and renew our missionary methodology so as to respond better to the urgent needs of our mission today ~ with the eyes and heart of St. Comboni.

In a world that measures success by what we accumulate, true mission is measured by whom we accompany.
