All things work together for good

In times of joy and in lament

God’s power is omnipresent

He’s keeping safe our livelihood

 

We’re never left misunderstood

Despite our faults a blessing’s sent

All things work together for good

In times of joy and in lament

 

Our call remains one to sainthood

Continually we ascent

With contrite heart our sins repent

And with hindsight it’s understood

All things work together for good
